Corporate chairman Kathryn L. Wright-Alardin is a descendant of former Choctaw Chief Allen Wright. Chief Wright is credited with suggesting the name "Oklahoma" in 1866 for territory that now is part of the state; his explanation being the word had its derivation from the Choctaw language, the word "Okla" meaning people and "humma" or "huma" meaning red.
Alardin Development Corporation does business as Remote Monitoring Technologies. Remote Monitoring Technologies has focused on the emergence of IP-based video surveillance solutions, video alert verification and real-time remote site monitoring, initiating a number of innovative product lines and patent opportunities. Remote Monitoring Technologies is a licensed private security contractor.
